Payment and Reimbursement Policy
Volunteer Fee: $1,000 (shared room) / $1,100 (private room)
Payment Due: 60 days before arrival
Pre-Paid Expenses: Hotels, transport, water, etc. are paid in advance and are non-refundable
Refunds: Only unused funds can be reimbursed after deductions
Donation Option: You are welcome to donate the remainder of your refundable balance to Agua Viva´s project.
Refund Option: If not donated, remaining funds will be refunded to the original account
